Vacancy: IT Administrator
Client short description: International retail group of companies (import & distribution)
Starting date: January – February 2021
Job location: București – Ilfov
Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, mathematics, or engineering
- Minimum of five years of experience in IT or database administration
- Previous experience of website or e-commerce CMS
Responsibilities:
General responsibilities:
1st line support for all issues related to applications and services provided by the SSC
1st line support for all issues related to local area network and other local IT services
Coordination of external IT suppliers
Detailed responsibilities:
Coordination of procurement of local IT hard- and software after approval
Coordination of requesting user accounts, mailboxes and security tokens including its approvals
Perform basic user management like password reset, Citrix session logoff/reset
Manage local folder structure within pre-defined hierarchy
Ensure and monitor Local IT security (for example usage of USB sticks for offline storage)
Basic report development with BI tools
Local (technical) support of:
- client devices (thin clients, desktops, packing stations and laptops) and ensure these
- devices complies with BCE IT standards, security policies and guidelines;
- local IT hard- and software (e.g. HR, bank or telephone system software) including its installations
- local area network
- network devices
- office and warehouse printers
- office and warehouse scanning equipment and software
- fax, phones, central telephone system
- local video conferencing equipment
Support of central business application interfaces like EDI & webshops, webshop pictures
